Christmas Stay

The Christmas decorations were nice and added to the festive feel of the hotel. The breakfast was good with a decent range of options that helped kick start the day. The location was perfect with many attractions close by and easily accessible on foot.

The rooms were extremely hot and made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during the night. There were no fans provided, which made matters worse. Additionally, the washbasin was blocked and this was not fixed even after notifying the staff. These issues took away from what could have been a great Christmas stay.

The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient, especially after a long day of business meetings. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities, and the free drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there was ample parking available just a short walk away.

the room temperature was quite warm and the provided fan didn't do much to alleviate the heat. It would have been nice if there were more towels provided in the room too.

Self-check-in was simple, instructions came on time. Free minibar drinks and adequate breakfast selection. Hotel decor was stylish; rooms were comfy and clean. Parking was free and just a short walk away. Convenient location near the harbor.
